Shipping policy

Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates
To offer competitive pricing and curated tech accessories, we ship our items directly from our fulfillment centers.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, regional delays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
InkyTech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
